As IT & Infrastructure Manager, Harminder is responsible for all aspects of integration and management of information and communications technology for Cobalt Ground Solutions. Harminder also manages the IT and communication of new airline customer launches by working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch of the operation.
Harminder started his career with the NHS in 1996, where he supported the IT of a number of hospitals in central London. After this, he joined KGS as a network administrator and was quickly promoted to IT Manager. He was a key factor in succesfully launching the KGS London City operation and he has successfully lead the infrastructure and IT setup for the launch of a number of new carriers to Terminal 4. Harminder is a true e-services expert and he plays an active role in the IT community of London Heathrow, which comprises of Airlines, Ground Handlers and the Airport Authorities. Harminder is also chairman of the CUTE User Group which manages the Terminal 4 SITA contract on behalf of the community.
