Head of Human Resources

As Head of Human Resources, Rebeccah is responsible for the entire employment cycle from recruitment to retirement of the Cobalt workforce and she is responsible for ensuring a sustainable, efficient and motivated workforce of over 900 people.

Rebeccah started her career in the recruitment industry as an independent consultant for the general commercial sector. In 1999 she started working with an outsourcing HR consultancy as HR Business Partner where she developed long-standing client relationships and the implementation of several HR Management Systems at client companies. In 2006, Rebeccah moved on to City Link Ltd , the UK’second largest courier company, where she was appointed General Manager HR with an overall responsibility of over 4000 employees on 70 different sites. In 2007 she started working for Air France Services Ltd as Interim Human Resource Manager before becoming Cobalt´s Head of HR.
