Jaz Sangha

General Manager - London City Airport

In January 2010, Jaz was appointed to the position of General Manager London City.

As GM Cobalt LCY, Jaz oversees all aspects of Cobalt's service delivery in ground handling for our airline customers at London City Airport. The scope includes passenger services and flight operations, Jaz leads our overall structure of around 110 FTE, supported by duty managers and supervisors .

Jaz started his career in the Airline industry in 1985 with Air UK in Operations Control . Within 4 years Jaz had moved onto Station management, managing various locations within the UK including Norwich, Manchester, London Heathrow, Gatwick and London City. Working within various airports Jaz gained a lot of knowledge on airline station management and customer focus. In 1998 Jaz became part of a team that managed buzz, the low cost carrier ( a subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines) as the European Regional Manager. After buzz , Jaz moved into corporate sales and onto Global Corporate sales managing the top corporate accounts for Air France KLM.

With the experience gained in operations, airline station management and sales, Jaz has a wealth of knowledge that he brings to Cobalt Ground Solutions at London City.
