When did you start working at Cobalt?
I started working for KLM Ground Services on the 25th of November 1999

What are your biggest challenges?
One of my biggest challenges is to work in a real busy environment, we have to meet tight deadlines and often problems have to be solved in limited time. I also find it challenging to continuously motivate people while having several tasks to fulfill. I try to prepare as good as possible for each flight.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
My job has given me the chance to meet a lot of different people from all walks of life. It gives me a huge amount of satisfaction to look back at the end of the day and to clearly see what the results of my achievements are.
