When did you start working at Cobalt?
I started working with KGS on the 30th of June 1997.

What are your biggest challenges?
The biggest challenge so far has been establishing the training and development infrastructure company wide. Prior to this, training in departments was identified and organised separately.
Updating training records for 450 staff, designing a comprehensive company induction programme and identifying training needs for all staff has proved to be an exciting challenge.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
I enjoy the interaction I have with all our staff, including those who have recently joined us and our current staff as well. The opportunity to help staff develop themselves and to see them progress within their role and career.
I also enjoy designing training, using new and up-to-date material and ensuring the delivery of training is professional, fresh and interesting.
