Ramp Supervisor

When did you start working at Cobalt?
I started working for AFSL from September 1997 as a Ramp Agent. Since then I have had various roles from SLH and now I am a Supervisor.

What are your biggest challenges?
My challenges are utilizing staff and keeping control of all equipment together with ensuring airline customers are happy. I ensure aircraft are turned around in time, in a smooth manner in line with certain rules and regulations. Working on a tight time line can sometimes be challenging.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
I enjoy working with the people I work with, as they are very helpful, supportive and generally nice. Having new challenges each day makes work interesting. I find my role to be rewarding, as I feel satisfied knowing I achieved my goals to the best of my ability, when I see positive results.
