When did you start working at Cobalt?
I started working for AFSL since December 2005 as a Ramp Agent.

What are your biggest challenges?
I used to work as a chef in previous roles and found coming to AFSL as a Ramp Agent challenging, due to the roles being completely different. In particular I found getting the hang of aircraft turnarounds to be a challenging due to them being so time orientated. I felt satisfied every time an aircraft turned around knowing we had achieved our goal.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
I really enjoy working with the team I work with as they are all very nice people who make the role an enjoyable one. I also enjoy having a varied week as no day is the same and I always have different challenges.
