When did you start working at Cobalt?
I have been working with AFSL as a Passenger Services Agent since September 2008.

What are your biggest challenges?
Since I started working, I found everything to be interesting, challenging and working for AFSL completely different to any other job I have had. The Christmas period was particularly challenging as there were a lot of extremely busy flights to cover, whilst I was still learning on the job. I felt satisfied at the end of the day, knowing I had contributed to a smooth operation during a busy period.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting and dealing with various different people and feel that no day is ever the same as I am always learning new things and methods of working. I also enjoy being valued by the company as there are very good development opportunities.
