When did you start working at Cobalt?
I began working with KGS in January 2008, initially on a fixed term contract basis to support the General Manager for HR, through the merger process by managing the majority of the day to day operational issues in T4 and LCY, but also contributing to the merger process as and when needed.
What are your biggest challenges?
One of the greatest challenges at the moment is to ensure maximum ‘buy-in’ from employees with regard to the change process that we are going through at the moment. Communication is vital, employees want to be kept informed, reassured and to feel valued. To do this we must have robust mechanisms in place to ensure company information is being disseminated to employees. Looking forward, a further challenge is to ensure that the move of our T2 teams to T4 is smooth and very successful.
What do you enjoy most about this job?
What I enjoy most is the variety of the operational issues that I deal with on a daily basis. No two days are the same! I enjoy having the ability to resolve both manager’s and employee issues or concerns in a constructive way.
