Jean-Claude Huet

Passenger Services Supervisor

When did you start working at Cobalt?
I started working for AFSL from September 1997 as a Baggage Facilities Agent. Since then I have had various roles from Senior Baggage Facilities Agent, Baggage Facilities Supervisor, Passenger Supervisor and now Duty Officer.

What are your biggest challenges?
My challenges have been going over to Terminal 4 as a Duty Officer being in charge of checking in a brand new operation. I had to learn the Terminal 4 operation and systems very quickly, yet at the same time efficiently as I wanted to be confident when giving accurate information to staff. I feel satisfied in having a smooth running operation with a new team.

What do you enjoy most about this job?
I have enjoyed learning, meeting and working with new people both from an internal and external perspective. I particularly enjoy face to face interaction and thoroughly enjoy the airport atmosphere, as no one day is the same experience.
