Our Terminal 4 lounge at Heathrow has recently undergone refurbishment to offer an enhanced customer experience. The lounge was reopened under the new name 4Deck lounge.
Our lounge provides a premium lounge service for individuals travelling in a private, business or group capacity, whatever airline they are travelling with and whatever class of ticket. We generally welcome the premium travellers of our airline customers, yet there is also a pay-at-the-door availability.
In addition to all the usual business lounge facilities such as complimentary bar, newspaper and magazine library and flight information, the lounge also offers a Business Area with wireless internet access and a bar area to relax with a drink while you catch up with Sky sports and Business news.

COBALT - LAUNCHING THEIR INTEGRATED OPERATION IN TERMINAL 4
On the night of 23th November 2009, Cobalt Ground Solutions completed a highly successful move of 7 airline customers, 4 nightstop aircraft, 150 pieces of ground equipment and the base of 240 staff from Terminal 2 into Terminal 4 at Heathrow.
