At Heathrow, Cobalt Ground Solutions has a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance department which offers both scheduled and emergency maintenance service for all types of ground support equipment such as:-
- Push back tugs
- De-icing Rigs
- Baggage Tugs
- Conveyor belts
- ULD Carriers
- Steps
- GPU’s
- Cars/vehicles
We have a highly trained team of mechanics who have many years of experience within the airline industry, providing a high standard of service in a timely and cost effective way. Our current external customers include KLM, Kenya Airways and HCH Cargo. We understand that keeping every piece of your GSE equipment in top condition can make the difference towards a safe, smooth and on-time departure. Our maintenance department can offer specific tailor-made service programs to suit a customer’s particular need.
Cobalt’s GSE department also offers safety inspections, equipment rental and emergency call out. Our workshop contains 4 bays to provide maintenance on all types of GSE and we can service all terminals at Heathrow due to our central location airside at Heathrow Airport near the World Cargo Centre. Our GSE workshop is open from 0500hrs – 2300hrs daily.
